Every time you travel with Go Ahead, you earn rewards through our Club Go loyalty program. These travel credits can be used toward future tours, add-ons, and more, depending on the type of credit you’ve earned. Below is a breakdown of the different credits available and how they work.
Welcome Home Credits
- Earned after completing each tour
- Value: $100
- Must be used on a brand-new booking made within 90 days of returning home
- Can be applied online or over the phone
- Cannot be combined with a Multi-Tour Credit
What’s a Multi-Tour Credit? Travelers are eligible for a $100 multi-tour credit on new reservations when they book more than one tour at a time! This way, you don’t have to wait to get home from one adventure to start planning the next. This credit is not combinable with Welcome Home Credits.
Future Tour Credits
- Begin earning after booking your first tour
- Value varies based on your Club Go loyalty level
- Appears in your travel bank in your online account
- Can be used on any future tour (but not your first tour)
- Shows on your invoice as “Club Go Tour Discount”
- Can be redeemed online or over the phone
- Never expires
Both credit types—Welcome Home and Future Tour—can be combined with each other and with current promotions.
Special credit types
If you received a Future Travel Credit from our team related to a previous tour, please note that this credit won’t appear in your online account. To redeem it:
- Let your Tour Consultant know at time of booking that you’d like to apply your Future Travel Credit.
- If you’ve already booked your tour, you can submit a request to our team for us to review.
