We ask that you update the “Health notes” section in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) or mobile app with information related to dietary needs, medical conditions, and mobility considerations as part of completing the traveler checklist. Knowing these details in advance helps us to best prepare you for your tour.
We should be made aware of any health or mobility considerations at the time of booking or as soon as possible. We have a team who is dedicated to reviewing all health notes submitted by travelers. If they determine an additional conversation would be beneficial or more information is required to look into a request, they’ll reach out by email. If any changes need to be made to your health notes after they’ve been submitted, please follow the same steps below to update your account with the most relevant information.

Follow the steps below to add your health notes:
Adding health notes from your online account
- Log in to your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) using a computer, tablet, or smartphone
- Select your upcoming tour
- Select "Traveler details"
- Select "View" under "Travel documents"
- Scroll down the page until you see “Health notes”
- Select “Add,” then select “Yes” under the section (Dietary, Medical, or Mobility) where you want to leave notes. The more details, the better!
- You can review your tour’s physical activity level under the “Mobility” section
- Scroll down the page and select “Save." We’ll be in touch if we have any questions about the information you’ve provided.
Adding health notes from your mobile app
- Using a smartphone or tablet, access the Go Ahead mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers)
- Log in to your account (unless you're already logged in)
- Look at the bottom of your screen and make sure you're on the "Tours" page
- Select your upcoming tour
- Select "Traveler details" located under "Tour details"
- Select the name of the traveler you'd like to add traveler details for
- Select “Add” located next to “Health notes”
- Complete your health notes and select “Submit.”
Please note: If your tour departs within a month, you won’t be able to update your health notes in your account. Instead, you should send us a message. It’s important to continue updating your health notes throughout your pre-tour journey if anything changes. This way, we always have the most up to date information.
