Adding your health notes helps our team, and your Tour Director, prepare for your experience. Whether it’s dietary preferences, mobility considerations, or medical needs, we want to make sure you feel confident and cared for throughout your trip.
When to update your Health Notes
- At the time of booking, or as soon as possible afterward
- Anytime your health or mobility needs change before departure
- If your tour departs within a month, contact us directly instead of updating online
Once submitted, your health notes will be reviewed by our dedicated team. If we have any questions or need more info, we’ll reach out by email.
How to add or edit health notes
From Your Online Account
- Log in to your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) using a computer, tablet, or smartphone
- Select your upcoming tour
- Click Traveler details
- Scroll to the Health notes section
- Click Add or Edit
- Select “Yes” under the relevant section (Dietary, Medical, or Mobility) and enter your notes
- Click Save
From the mobile app
- Open the Go Ahead mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers)
- Log in (if not already logged in)
- Tap the Tours tab at the bottom
- Select your upcoming tour
- Tap Traveler details under Tour details
- Select the traveler’s name
- Tap Add next to Health notes
- Enter your notes and tap Submit
Note: If your tour departs within 30 days, the Health Notes section will be locked. Please send us a message and we’ll make sure your information is recorded.
