How to leave a review
You can write a review in a few different ways:
- Email link: After your tour, you’ll receive an email with a link to submit your review.

- Open the app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) and select your past tour (it will appear grayed out)
- Tap Write your review
- Add your comments, upload photos, and choose whether to include your name or remain anonymous
- Tap Submit

- Log in to your account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers)
- Find your past tour and click Write a review
- Add your comments and photos, then submit
Review guidelines
We welcome honest feedback, positive or constructive. To ensure reviews are appropriate and helpful, we follow a few community guidelines:
Reviews must:
- Focus on the tour experience
- Avoid personal info (last names, medical details, hometowns)
- Use respectful language
Photos must:
- Be clear and properly oriented (not blurry or upside down)
- Avoid inappropriate gestures or content
- Exclude personal info like social media handles
All reviews are read by our team and shared with the appropriate departments. Some may be passed to our Customer Engagement team for follow-up if needed.
