Once your tour begins, you’ll be able to fill out a tour evaluation through the Go Ahead mobile app. It’s a chance to share what you loved, what could be improved, and everything in between. Our team reads every evaluation to help us keep delivering unforgettable travel experiences.
How to access your evaluation
You can complete your evaluation in the Go Ahead mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers).
Once your tour begins:
- Log in to the app
- Navigate to the Tours page
- Select your current tour
- Tap Tour Evaluation to begin
You can fill it out as you go, and your answers will be saved automatically. You can also go back and make changes until you submit.
A few things to know
- Each traveler in your party can submit their own evaluation.
- Evaluations are available during your tour and for seven days after you return home.
- Once submitted, you can’t make changes, so be sure everything looks good before hitting submit.
