Once you're on tour, you'll be able to evaluate each aspect of your Go Ahead experience. Our team reviews each evaluation to see what we're doing well and what could use improvement.
You can access your tour evaluation from the Go Ahead mobile app or your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers). (Learn how to download the Go Ahead app here.) Your evaluation will become available to fill out once your tour begins and you can rate your experiences as you go. The evaluation will save your answers and selections as you complete them, but you can still go back and make changes if needed.
If there are multiple people in your travel party, you'll each be able to fill out your own individual evaluation.
If you don't have access to the Go Ahead mobile app or online account while on tour, your evaluation will be available to complete for seven days after you return home. Read what to do if you can't find your tour evaluation (or it expired).
Once you make it to the end of the evaluation, you'll be prompted to submit it to Go Ahead. Once your evaluation is submitted, you're no longer able to make changes.
