Evaluations are available in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) or the Go Ahead mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) from the start of your tour until seven days after you return home. After that, the evaluation section is removed from your account.

If your evaluation has expired
You can still share your feedback! Just send a message to our Customer Loyalty & Engagement team and include the following details:
- Name and date of your tour
- How was your arrival day experience?
- What did you enjoy most about your tour?
- Were there any parts of the tour that didn’t meet your expectations?
- How was your experience with EF Go Ahead Tours staff before departure?
- Any additional feedback you'd like to share?
We’ll review your comments and pass them along to the appropriate teams. Your feedback helps us improve and continue offering meaningful travel experiences—thank you for taking the time to share it!
