Go Ahead's tour evaluation can be completed in your mobile app or online account from the start of your tour up until five days after you return home. After this, the evaluation section will be removed from your account. (If your evaluation is still available in your account, read about completing a tour evaluation here.)
If your evaluation is no longer available online, you can still offer your feedback by submitting a request to our Customer Loyalty & Engagement team.
In your message, please include the name and date of your tour and answer the following questions:
- How was your arrival day experience?
- Please provide feedback about your experience on tour.
- What was your favorite part of the tour?
- Were there parts of the tour that did not meet or exceed your expectations? If so, please explain.
- How was your experience with EF Go Ahead Tours staff before departure?
- Is there any additional feedback you would like to share with EF Go Ahead Tours?
