Food allergies, needs, or preferences shouldn’t keep you from seeing the world. Notify us of any dietary restrictions when you book, or afterward in your online account or mobile app. You'll be prompted to provide traveler details for an upcoming tour. Within traveler details, there's a section called "Health notes" where you can submit special dietary requests. You should provide us with this information no later than one month before your tour, but the sooner the better. We’ll make sure that your Tour Director knows and can provide options for you. Learn how to add traveler details here.
Under the Dietary section of your health notes, you'll be asked to select "No" or "Yes" under the question "Do you have any dietary restrictions?" To add your dietary information, select "Yes." Then, a text box will appear so you can describe your dietary requirements. Please provide a detailed and specific answer so we can best accommodate you. It's especially important for us to know if you have an allergy or if something is a dietary preference, but isn't health-threatening.
Here are some examples of how to fill out your dietary needs:
- I'm severely allergic to peanuts and all shellfish, including cross-contamination.
- I don't eat pork due to religious beliefs, but eat all other meat and fish.
- I'm a pescatarian. I don't eat meat and poultry, but I do eat fish, milk products and eggs.
- I don't eat tomatoes and mushrooms, because I don't like how they taste.
