Traveling with food allergies or dietary preferences? You’re not alone, and we’re here to make sure you feel comfortable and cared for at every meal. Whether you’re managing a food allergy, avoiding certain ingredients, or simply prefer to eat a certain way, we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Let us know your dietary restrictions
The best way to ensure we can support your dietary needs is to tell us early. You can share this information when you book your tour, or anytime afterward by updating the Health notes section in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) or mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers). Be sure to do this at least one month before your tour begins, though sooner is always better!
Here’s how to add your dietary info:
- Go to the Health notes section.
- Under Dietary, answer “Yes” to the question: Do you have any dietary restrictions?
- A text box will appear - this is where you can describe your needs in detail.
The more specific you are, the better we can help. It’s especially important to let us know if your restriction is a severe allergy or a personal preference, so we can plan accordingly.
Examples of helpful dietary notes
- I’m severely allergic to peanuts and all shellfish, including cross-contamination.
- I don’t eat pork due to religious beliefs, but eat all other meat and fish.
- I’m a pescatarian. I don’t eat meat or poultry, but I do eat fish, dairy, and eggs.
- I don’t eat tomatoes or mushrooms because I don’t like the taste.
Once we have your information, we’ll make sure your Tour Director is aware and can help guide you to the best meal options throughout your journey. Some destinations may have limited options available.
Next steps:
