Who can participate
You're eligible to refer someone if you:
- Have previously traveled with Go Ahead as a Group Coordinator, or
- Are currently booked as a Group Coordinator on a future trip
The person you refer must be new to Go Ahead as a Group Coordinator.
How many points can you earn?
Your points are based on the number of full-paying travelers your referral brings on their first trip. To count toward the referral reward, the travelers they recruit must be new to Go Ahead Tours.

| 6–11 new travelers | 500 points |
| 12–23 new travelers | 650 points |
| 24+ new travelers | 800 points |
When will points be added to your account?
Points are applied in two stages:
- Initial reward – Once your referral recruits at least 6 new, full-paying travelers, you'll earn 500 Global Rewards points. These will be added to your account within 60 days of that milestone.
- Final reward – Once your referral finishes recruiting (30 days before their departure), any additional points based on their final group size will be calculated. These will be added to your account within 3 months of that date.
How to refer someone and track your referrals
You can submit a referral and check the status of any existing referrals in your online account. In order to submit a referral, you’ll need your friend’s name and a valid email address.
