Certain tours include on-tour flights, also known as "internal flights." These flights take place mid-tour and are used to transfer groups from one country or destination to another.
It's common for these flight details to be managed by our Flights Team and your Tour Director. As a result, travelers may not have immediate access to internal flight information, but this is the best way to keep your group's reservation organized and minimize logistical challenges during your trip.
Seat assignments for on-tour flights are at the discretion of the airline, but travelers can make seating requests during check-in, if available. This prioritizes convenience and efficiency, ensuring a hassle-free travel experience.
On-tour flights are included in the tour cost for all travelers. So, even if you're booking your own airfare to and from your tour, there's no need to secure these flights yourself.
