When you first access your Go Ahead Tours online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers), you can log in using a quick access link sent to your email. This link lets you skip entering a password and get into your account right away.
Once you're logged in, we recommend setting up a password so you can easily log in again in the future. You can also follow these same steps if you already have a password and want to change it.
Setting or changing your password
You can only set or change your password in your online account. This is not available in the mobile app. To create or update your password:
- Log in to your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) using a quick access link.
- Select My account in the top right corner of the screen.
- On smaller screens, tap Menu first, then select My account.
- From the drop-down menu, select Profile.
- Click of tap the Change password button next to your name, above the Contact information section.
- Under New password, enter a password that meets the required criteria.
- Re-enter the same password under Re-enter new password.
- Tap Save to confirm your changes.
You’ll now be able to use your email and new password to log in to both your online account and the mobile app.
Next steps:
- Log in using the quick access link.
- Navigate to your profile and select “Change password.”
- Save your new password for future logins.
