Travel protection can be added from your online account or mobile app up until your Tour Finalization Date. This is the deadline to add one of our travel insurance plans.
Adding travel protection from your online account
- Log in to your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) using a computer, tablet, or smartphone
- Select your upcoming tour
- Select "Travel protection"
- Select the Trip Protection plan you'd like to add
- You'll be prompted to make a payment, unless you've already covered the cost of the plan (not including your deposit) or if you're enrolled in AutoPay.
Adding travel protection from your mobile app
- Using a smartphone or tablet, access the Go Ahead mobile app (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers)
- Log in to your account (unless you're already logged in)
- Look at the bottom of your screen and make sure you're on the "Tours" page
- Select your upcoming tour
- Select "Travel protection" located under "Tour details"
- Select "See travel protection plans"
- Select "Add" under the Trip Protection plan you'd like to add
- You'll be prompted to make a payment, unless you've already covered the cost of the plan (not including your deposit) or if you're enrolled in AutoPay.
