When hotels are posted
Your hotels will start to become available in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) and mobile app 30 days before departure. Some hotels may be posted closer to 15 days before tour depending on your destinations, so don't worry if not all your hotels are available to view at first. Learn how to find your hotel details.
Is your tour still several months away? To get an idea of the type of accommodations you’ll stay at, you can view sample hotels on each tour’s itinerary page on our website (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers).
Missing hotels
If your tour starts in less than a month and either all your hotels or certain hotels aren't showing in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) and mobile app, this just means the locations you're visiting take longer to confirm reservations. If a hotel is missing, this doesn't mean we don't have a hotel for your tour, it just means we're still working to confirm the best option for your group. Keep checking your account for updates. Once a hotel is confirmed, it will appear in your online account and mobile app.
Extra hotel nights
If you've reserved additional hotel nights before or after tour (often referred to as pre-stays and post-stays), it's common for these details to be posted in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) and mobile app closer to 2 weeks before departure. So, it's normal if you don't see pre- and post-stay information at the time your main tour hotels start to become available a month prior to your tour's start date.
When to contact us: If you're departing in less than 14 days, and either one of your main tour hotels or extra hotel arrangements still aren't showing in your online account and mobile app, please send us a message.
