Wondering if you can earn miles with your Go Ahead flights or use your frequent flyer number? Here’s how frequent flyer programs work with our airfare package and what you can expect.
Can I earn airline miles?
In most cases, yes, you’ll earn frequent flyer miles when Go Ahead books your flights. However, mileage accrual is not guaranteed and depends on the airline’s policy and fare rules.
This typically includes:
- Flights to and from your tour
- On-tour flights booked as part of your itinerary
Can I use airline miles to pay for my flights?
No, Go Ahead cannot accept airline miles as payment for your airfare package. We work directly with airlines to negotiate rates, which means mileage redemption isn’t an option.
Some airlines may allow you to redeem miles towards in-flight purchases, such as seat selection. This varies by airline.
How to add your frequent flyer number
Once your flights are booked and available in your account (usually between 85–60 days before departure), you can add your rewards number directly with the airline:
- Go to the airline’s official website or mobile app
- Use your 6-digit confirmation code from your Go Ahead account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) to access your reservation
- Look for the option to add your rewards or frequent flyer number
Some airlines may also let you add your number during online check-in or at the airport.
Next steps:
- Check your airline’s policies to confirm if you’ll earn miles.
- Add your frequent flyer number after your flights are booked.
- To request flights with a specific airline, submit a flight request prior to your Tour Finalization Date
