Flights missing from online account and mobile app
If your flight itinerary was previously showing in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) or mobile app and is no longer there, that means there's likely been a schedule change to your flight itinerary issued by the airline. Schedule changes are common, especially when booking a trip further out, so there's no need to worry if you notice your flights are no longer available.
Our flight experts are working to confirm your schedule change and you'll receive an email once your updated itinerary is confirmed and showing in your account. If your flights have been missing for over 10 business days, please submit a request to our Traveler Support Team.
