Each time you travel with us, your perks and discounts toward future tours will grow. We've outlined the different types of credits you can earn the more you travel with Go Ahead through our loyalty program, Club Go (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers).
Welcome Home Credits
Welcome Home Credits are earned from past trips and must be used on a brand new booking. Each time you complete a tour, you'll receive a $100 credit that can be applied to any new booking within 90 days of returning home. This credit can be applied while booking online or over the phone towards your new reservation. This credit cannot be combined with a Multi-Tour Credit.
Future Tour Credits
Future Tour Credits can be applied to any new booking and travelers begin earning these after booking their first trip. Aka, when you book your second Go Ahead tour and onward, you'll receive a Future Tour Credit. The value of this credit depends on how many trips you've completed or are signed up for, per our Club Go loyalty program.
A Future Tour Credit will appear in the travel bank in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) from the time of booking your first Go Ahead tour, but it can't be applied to your first tour as this is meant for future trips. On your invoice, the Future Tour Credit will show as "Club Go Tour Discount." This credit can be redeemed while booking online or over the phone, and it never expires.
Experience Credits
Experience Credits allow travelers to customize their tour experience and are earned after completing three tours. These credits must be redeemed for a tour add-on and cannot be used to pay for base tour costs or travel coverage. Tour add-ons include pre-tour or post-tour hotel stays, excursions, tour extensions, flight upgrades, private room fees, and airport transfers. Experience Credits never expire and can be applied to any upcoming tour, or saved for a future trip. The amount of this credit varies depending on how many tours have been completed. Welcome Home Credits, Future Tour Credits, and Experience Credits are combinable with each other and our current promotions.
