Are you logged in to your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers), but can't find the reservation for your upcoming tour? This article will review why this may be and how to locate your reservation.
Duplicate accounts
If you have a future-booked tour, but when you log in to your account you don't see the reservation you're looking for under "My tours," you likely have duplicate accounts that are associated with two separate email addresses. If you don't see your trip, this means it's associated with a different account under your name.
If you believe you have duplicate accounts, please send us a message and we'll be in touch or you can use our live chat feature to speak with a representative during business hours. We'll merge your accounts together so all your past and future tours live under one account, just let us know which email address you'd like your primary account to be under.
Waitlist reservations
If you're on the waitlist for a tour, you won't be able to access that tour in your online account (U.S. travelers/Canadian travelers) until your spot is confirmed. Instead, under the "My tours" section of your account, you'll see a banner with your tour's name. The banner says "You’re on the waitlist! This tour is currently full. If space opens up, our team will reach out."
