What is a tour interruption?
A tour interruption is a situation where a traveler departs from tour before the final day of the scheduled tour. A traveler may decide to leave early due to a medical emergency, an urgent family matter or any other urgent situation that arises on-tour. Go Ahead can assist travelers with tour interruptions even if they did not purchase a flight package.

Please be advised that changes to your tour itinerary and flight reservation may come at an additional cost.
For travelers from the U.S., additional costs must be covered by the traveler at the time changes are made. Travelers who purchased Travel Protection through Go Ahead may be able to file a claim for reimbursement for additional costs accumulated by their tour interruption. Read about our Trip Protection plans for more information on tour interruption coverage.
For travelers from Canada*, insurance claims must be filed with the Claims Agent within 14 days of the event which causes the tour interruption to determine coverage. Read about our Travel Protection Plan for more information on tour interruption coverage.
