Changes to flight dates, connections or gateways
If you need to make a change to your current flight itinerary while on-tour, please contact our On-Tour Support Team at +1-617-619-1911 to let us know about your change in plans. On-Tour Support will let you know the availability and pricing for the change you've requested.
Please note that non-emergency flight requests may take a few days to confirm.
Seat changes and upgrades
If you're interested in changing your assigned seat on an upcoming flight, please contact the airline directly as Go Ahead cannot select seat assignments on behalf of travelers.
If you'd like to upgrade your seat to premium economy or business class, please contact On-Tour Support for availability and pricing. You can read about upgrade costs here. Go Ahead is unable to book travelers in first class seating.
Please be advised that there may be limited availability on upcoming flights and late changes made to your flight itinerary will likely incur additional costs. Voluntary changes to your flight itinerary may not be covered by an insurance plan purchased through Go Ahead.
